Effective Upon First Payment, Signature, or Use of Services
By engaging with Ledgerly, LLC—including purchasing any service, making a payment, or continuing use—you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription & Payments
All services are billed monthly and renew automatically. Payment is due upfront and is non-refundable. Services may be paused or canceled for missed or failed payments. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
2. Scope of Services
Services are based on your selected plan:
Starter – $175/month: Up to 50 transactions; 1 account included. +$25/account/month after that
Essential – $275/month: Up to 100 transactions; 2 accounts included. +$20/account/month after that
Premium – $475/month: Up to 200 transactions; 3 accounts included. +$15/account/month after that
Pro – Starting at $625/month: 200+ transactions; up to 5 accounts. +$10/account/month or custom pricing
All plans include standard financial reports. Custom dashboards, financial strategy, or cleanup services may be quoted separately.
3. Out-of-Scope Services
Unless explicitly included in writing, the following services are not covered:
Prior-year or catch-up bookkeeping
Sales tax filings, payroll processing, or IRS submissions
Business funding support or coaching
Custom spreadsheet design or reporting
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely access to bank statements, platforms, and all requested documents by the 1st of each month. Ledgerly is not liable for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate client data.
5. Identity Verification Requirement
Ledgerly requires ID verification for all new clients through Stripe’s secure verification process. This may occur at checkout or immediately following successful payment. Clients must complete verification within 48 hours of receiving the link. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Service Pause Policy
If a client is unresponsive for 30+ days, services may be paused at Ledgerly’s discretion. Monthly charges will continue unless the account is formally canceled per the policy below.
7. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including:
Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime with 14 business days’ notice before your next renewal date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your information is stored securely via platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Google Drive. Ledgerly does not sell or share client data. SMS opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
10. Disclaimers
Ledgerly is not a CPA firm and does not provide tax preparation, IRS representation, or legal advice.
No guarantees are made for loan approval, credit results, or tax outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ledgerly’s total liability is limited to the fees paid within the 90 days prior to any dispute.
12. Indemnification
Clients agree to hold Ledgerly harmless for outcomes or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed client-provided information.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal disputes will be handled in Georgia courts.
14. SMS Communication & Opt-In Disclosure
By submitting your phone number or texting keywords such as START, SUBSCRIBE, JOIN, YES, SIGNUP, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Ledgerly, LLC.
